During 9 months they live an integral experience of the business, where they learn and are trained in the strategic areas of the organization to develop a project. At the end of the program, they are placed in a leadership position within the organization’s structure.
It is a high-performance program that seeks to identify, train and develop high-potential internal collaborators to replace them at management levels.
How do we achieve this?
Our employees enter a 30-week High Performance Training Program, divided into three phases:
1. On-site training: They develop an integral vision of the business, learn and understand the strategy, which in turn allows them to strengthen their own competencies.
2. Regional Projects: They manage a strategic project by applying knowledge, methodologies and competencies in the classroom.
3. Project Assurance: They guarantee the implementation and closure of the scope of their project from their function.
Our objective is to train a high potential manager new to the organization’s business, in order to be a long term replacement for a managerial position.
